Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — all jewellery is shipped free of charge within the UK using a tracked delivery service.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, shipping is available within the UK only.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Ready made pieces will be dispatched within two working days. Custom made pieces will also need to be hallmarked so please allow four to six weeks.

Are your pieces handmade?
Every piece is designed and individually made by me. I will occasionally use a professional casting company when I think this is appropriate for the piece; for example, the flowers in the Flora collection have been hand-pierced, textured and soldered together into clusters, I have then sent them to be cast in one solid piece of silver to give them added strength and to ensure their suitability for everyday wear. All pieces then come back to me to be hand finished and polished before being hallmarked.
What materials do you use?
Pieces are created using recycled sterling silver and gold wherever possible. Some designs also feature natural gemstones including raw sapphires and rubies.
Will my jewellery look exactly like the photographs?
Due to the handmade nature of the work, slight variations in texture, finish and detail are part of the design process and make each piece unique.
Rings & Sizing
What ring sizes do you offer?
Rings are usually created in a selection of common UK sizes. Specific sizing information will be listed where available.
What if I’m unsure of my ring size?
If you are unsure of your size, please get in touch before ordering. Guidance can be provided, and ring sizers may be available upon request.
Can rings be resized?
Some rings may be resized depending on the design. Please enquire directly for more information.
Commissions
Do I accept commissions?
I will occasionally take on a commission, when the time permits, so please do contact me if you are thinking of something specific.
Returns & Exchanges
As most pieces are one-of-a-kind or created in very limited quantities, exchanges are not usually available. Earrings can not be returned unless faulty. However, please get in contact to discuss.
Payments
Payment is to be made by bank transfer before jewellery is dispatched.
Jewellery Care
How should I care for my jewellery?
Silver jewellery will oxidise over time especially if it is not worn for a while. A polishing cloth is included with your order for occasional cleaning.
How do I clean more intricate pieces?
For detailed pieces, a gentle clean using warm soapy water and a soft toothbrush is usually sufficient.
Should I avoid chemicals?
Yes — it is recommended to avoid contact with harsh chemicals such as bleach, chlorine, perfumes, or cleaning products.
