Sally Flint Jewellery is operated by Sally Flint, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom.

Products

​

Every effort is made to ensure product descriptions and photographs accurately represent each item. As many items are handmade, slight variations may occur, making each piece unique.

Pricing

​

All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£). Prices may change without notice but will not affect orders already placed.

Orders

​

An order is accepted once you receive confirmation that it has been dispatched. I reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where necessary.

Payment

​

Payment must be received before goods are dispatched.

​

Delivery

​

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only and cannot be guaranteed. Delays caused by postal services are outside my control.

Returns

​

Consumers have rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Unless an exemption applies (such as personalised or bespoke items), you may cancel your order within 7 days of receiving your goods.

Items must be returned unused and in their original condition.

Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned goods.

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly.

Sally Flint Jewellery is not financially responsible for any items lost by a postal company but I will do everything I can to help locate you piece, a tracking number will also be given to you after dispatch.

Faulty Items

​

If your jewellery develops a fault due to defective materials or workmanship, please contact me as soon as possible. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Bespoke and Personalised Jewellery

​

Custom-made or personalised jewellery cannot usually be returned unless faulty.

​

Liability

​

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Governing Law

​

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
